Chapter and verse

Blah blah blah. Meditation is good for you. But I’m bad at it. It’s boring. Who has time for it? It’s hard to do. Too spiritual. Not relevant. Some day soon you’re going to have to stop reading about it.

But when?

  2. At least the comments on the NYTimes Happy Days blog post on meditating were a little more understanding than the last time meditation was mentioned (at least as far as I read)! I've never been on a retreat but each essay in the Times or on your blog encourages me to seek one out soon.

  3. Sounds lovely but a bit far for me to travel as well. Luckily, I'll be attending a yoga retreat a couple weeks later closer to home.

  4. The thought crossed my mind this evening, along with a thousand others, that the way to get rid of those thousands, at least temporarily, would be to sit. But I sat at the computer instead. Ah, well. There's always October.
