Thank you for this refresher! I sometimes find myself preoccupied with trying to get everything aligned so I can “do it right.” You know me!
The gentleman in the video is so lovely. I can’t remember his name, but he was at the retreat and seems like a really special person.
Everything at Hazy Moon is gentle and thoughtful. I am grateful to have had the chance to visit–I will be there again.
