How can we live fearlessly?
With more freedom, kindness, joy and compassion?
By living differently.
1. Blame no one.
2. Take no offense.
3. Forgive.
4. Do not compare.
5. Wash your face and leave it bare.
6. Forget about your hair.
7. Grow old.
8. Have no answers.
9. Seek nothing.
10. Go back to 1.
These words… just exactly what I needed today

Wise and beautiful.
So far I am doing well on 5 and 6. And 7 and 8 are happening despite me. I dearly wish I could lay claim to the rest of the list.

Number 10 is there so no one can lay claim to the list. It is a practice.

Laying claim was a bad way to put it.
Thank you Karen, for this, and for Hand Wash Cold, which I loved. I look forward to more.

This talk was so moving and beautiful. I’ve listened to it twice now, and I will remember and remember. Thanks.

Okay, I just listened to the talk. Somehow I missed it before. I think I was too busy reacting. Now the list and your talk are in my heart. And to better remember, the list is also taped to my computer screen. Thank you, Karen.
