Thank you. Just returned from ER after anxiety attack, a new occurrence for me. I have been down in the dumps since Nov 9th, despite usually being an optimistic person.
Your post reminds me of how insignificant all our little dealings are here on this tiny rock.
I must strive to remember that all we have is this very moment, and to tend to the garden around me.

Eckhart Tolle has a beautiful quote: “Inner space is outer space.” When I take in the stars and let myself feel the awareness of the space I recite that. I choose to believe that when we die our souls reconnect with every single thing in the whole universe, I think that that is what is daunting about it for me.
