Especially geared to healing weary hearts, The Plunge workshop focuses on finding your own deep source of insight and compassion.
Take time for yourself to find peace and patience. Learn beginning mindfulness practices to be more present at home and work. An intimate gathering to calm your mind, reclaim your focus, and restore faith in yourself, your relationships, your work and your life, and still be home for dinner.
Part I: Movement in Stillness
Sat., Oct. 19 2-4 p.m.
Experience movement as the living expression of wisdom through this intimate 90-minute hatha yoga class and brief dharma (teaching) talk. Use it as a stand-alone practice or to prepare for the following day’s meditation retreat.
Part II: Stillness in Movement
Sun., Oct. 20 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
This one-day meditation retreat offers a full taste of the Zen tradition and includes instruction in seated meditation, walking meditation, chanting, breathwork, deep silence and a teaching talk.
